Consumer Database

Endo maintains a secure database of all our opted in consumers.  This database is used to recognize individual consumers with whom we have previously interacted and streamline their current interaction.  It is also used to continually improve our marketing programs.  This database contains very deep consumer information and expands continually as we conduct new events.  As of January 2006 the database includes more than XXXXX unique consumer records in Canada, with more than XXXXXXXX separate items of consumer data.

Interaction Database

Separate from our consumer profile database, and not unlike the common practice of “behavioral profiling” for new job applicants, Endo records key transaction information such as time between responses for each of our consumer interactions.  This database already comprises more than XXXXXX interactions, and allows us to develop an algorithm which works in real-time when our technology is engaging an individual consumer, to allow us to optimize that individual’s experience, based on the collective results of other similar individuals.
