Endo has developed a wide variety of consumer-engaging software and hardware technologies, all of which enable or enhance a one-on-one interaction with the consumer.

Touchscreen Interactive Stations

Touchscreen Interactive Stations are used at the start of any interaction with a consumer, to allow Endo to collect the personal profile data required to individualize the consumer’s interaction, or recognize a consumer previously profiled, and to print individualized messaging for the consumer, to assist with the subsequent event interaction.

Websites

Websites are used by Endo:

to conduct preregistration (allowing consumers a shorter touchscreen experience)

to provide additional program information (products, special offers, picture postcards) to consumer attendees

to conduct additional web-based marketing programs, i.e. without an onsite event component.

to provide consumers with an easy communications path to change their personal information or withdraw their permission (optout)

to provide detailed and prompt reporting to our clients and team

Handheld Computers

Handheld Computers are used on Endo programs where the event staff need to be able to engage the consumer individually with a greater level of relevance, i.e. with more information than can be printed in the registration process, or need the ability to record additional information on an individual consumer, such as schedule a showroom visit.

Consumer Database

Endo maintains a secure database of all our opted in consumers.  This database is used to recognize individual consumers with whom we have previously interacted and streamline their current interaction.  It is also used to continually improve our marketing programs.  This database contains very deep consumer information and expands continually as we conduct new events.

Interaction Database

Separate from our consumer profile database, and not unlike the common practice of “behavioral profiling” for new job applicants, Endo records key transaction information such as time between responses for each of our consumer interactions.  This database allows us to develop an algorithm which works in real-time when our technology is engaging an individual consumer, to allow us to optimize that individual’s experience, based on the collective results of other similar individuals.
