Office Towers offer a unique environment where not only is there an extremely high volume of traffic, but the traffic is high quality and very receptive to being engaged, particularly during their break times.

Through Endo’s partnership with property management, we have an existing database of thousands of consumers within the property, which we use for sending email and print invitations to take part in your marketing program.  Furthermore, we are able to use the name of the property in our communications, increasing consumer awareness of the initiative. And all follow-up event surveys are executed in the brand of the tower or Endo to maximize consumer response honesty.

Office Tower programs can consist of email marketing programs, desk delivery programs (addressed and bulk), onsite event programs, and integrated programs consisting of email, desk delivery and onsite events.  Programs can be targeted by geography, by a specific tenant within the tower(s), or by market vertical.  Programs may be B2C, B2B or both.
